toucan rescue
I've still got hundreds..... ok thousands...... of photos to sort through of LA / Coachella / Coast Rica that I can't wait to share, but today was one of the highlights of this trip that just couldn't wait.
We were lucky enough to visit The Toucan Rescue Ranch in San Jose, a rainforest wildlife rescue, rehabilitation and release organisation. The work they do with Costa Rican wildlife is next level, taking in injured, orphaned and abused animals and giving them a second chance at life. If you have a spare 5 minutes, definitely jump over to their website and get a glimpse of their work.
The whole experience was incredible, to be surrounded by such unbelievable animals and also Leslie and her team educating visitors on the dangers of poachers, illegal animal trade, and human development on natural habitat. Thanks so much for letting us be involved!
